Spring 2026 marks the opening d'O'lébélà at Domaine les Clayères, A second restaurant designed to be a real place for sharing.
In addition to the restaurant, this new space offers a different atmosphere: more relaxed, more accessible and open at all times of the day. Set in a lively environment with a wooden and sandy terrace facing outwards, O'lébélà invites you to come whenever you like, sit back and simply enjoy the moment, from 10 am to 9 pm.
Name: O'lébélà, borrowed from the local dialect, sounds like an exclamation: «Come on, we're here».
Every second Sunday in May and June every Thursday evening in July/August, Enjoy concerts in this unique venue.

Relax at La Guittière
Designed as a continuous dining bar from 10am to 9pm, O'lébélà showcases sincere and generous seasonal cuisine: straightforward starters, dishes inspired by the moment and plates to share that tell the story of the region.
Cédric Merlaud (former chef/owner of La Chaize Gourmande in La Chaize-Giraud) has taken up residence here for the season and, under the guidance of Sylvain Bourmaud, is writing this new page. The produce comes from our vegetable garden, neighbouring producers and the nearby sea.
As for drinks, the menu features juices from the estate's orchard, wines from our own estate in Brem sur mer, craft beers and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages designed to stand alone.
