Its responsible cuisine features an organic vegetable garden and celebrates a living terroir through its local producers: oyster farmers, market gardeners, brewers and winemakers. Located on a Natura 2000 site, the estate favours sustainable rehabilitation, controlled resource management, waste reduction and sustainable materials. Its participative management encourages goodwill, training and team cohesion, and was awarded the Peace and Work label at the Gold destination. Here, CSR is lived collectively, for sincere, sustainable and inspiring tourism.
