Le Friday 17 April at 7.30pm, Domaine des Clayères invites you to an exceptional winemaker's dinner with Romain Dol, winemaker at the head of Domaine Le Novi.
Located in the heart of the Luberon, Domaine Le Novi, whose name means «newlyweds» in Provençal, is a family estate taken over by Romain Dol in 2012. He makes organic AOP wines in a style that is resolutely fresh and elegant, true to the unique identity of its terroir.
For the occasion, our Chef has devised a menu specially designed to magnify the vintages presented throughout the evening, with each dish matching the wines in a harmony of flavours and expertise.
