GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the GTCS) are those of SAS DOMAINE DES PARCS “Les Clayères” (hereinafter referred to as the Company), registered in the La Roche sur Yon Trade and Companies Register under number 903 998 359, with its registered office at ZA le Peuble - Route de la Chaize Giraud 85470, Bretignolles sur Mer - FRANCE (telephone 02 52 61 48 70).

The Company is the owner and publisher of the lesclayeres.fr website. 

The website offers the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) the opportunity to book and pay for rooms at Domaine les Clayères (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

The official language of the site is French, with English and Italian versions also available.

Application of the General Terms and Conditions :

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions for the sale of the Hotel's Services and apply to any order (hereinafter referred to as the Order) placed on the site by the Client.

Validation of the Order by the Customer implies acceptance of the GTCS. The Customer declares that he/she has received all the information required to place an Order on the Company's website.

Ordering Services on the site :

The Customer books the Service(s) that suits him/her on the site. The Services are precisely described and presented on the Company's website. At any time, the Customer can find out how much their order will cost. The Customer is responsible for his/her choice of Services.

The Customer retains the possibility of modifying his/her order until it has been validated. The order summary lists the services ordered and their price, including any additional charges (tourist tax).

At the end of the Order, the Customer confirms acceptance by ticking the box validating the General Terms and Conditions and then clicking on ‘Confirm booking’. Certain ‘Non-modifiable, non-cancellable’ offers require explicit acknowledgement of the obligation to pay for the Order online.

Once the order has been validated, Domaine les Clayères will send an e-mail confirmation to the customer containing the details of the reservation.

Terms of payment for online orders : 

The prices of the various services are given in the descriptions and are in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Unless otherwise stated or special offers, ancillary services are not included in the price (breakfast, etc.).

For online payments, the site uses a secure transaction system. This system guarantees the confidentiality of the customer's bank details. 

The data is therefore totally encrypted and protected. It is not stored electronically by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order in the event of non-payment, fraud or attempted fraud.
